The FlexWhere for Desktop icon is coloured red when no connection can be made.
There are several reasons why this can occur:
- The internet connection has been disconnected;
- An institution is not right;
- There’s another problem.
Check your internet connection. Does FlexWhere for Desktop still turn red even though there is an internet connection? Please contact the FlexWhere administrator within your organisation (usually the ICT helpdesk).
If there is no contact person within your organization, please contact the support team of FlexWhere.
