Why am I getting a 400 or 404 message?

A 404 message can occur in the web environment and FlexWhere for Desktop. The most common cause is that the respective user is not within the IP range of the organisation.

Another cause of the 400 or 404 messages may be that the FlexWhere server is temporarily unavailable.
