Why can’t I log into the Control Centre?

The Control Centre is not accessible for every role in FlexWhere. This prevents having every employee of the organisation access to it.

For the Roles Administrator and Manager it is possible to log in to the Control Centre. This can be done with the username in FlexWhere. The FlexWhere administrator can find out what that username is within your organisation.

If you can’t log in to the Control Centre, either your username isn’t correct or you don’t have the right role.
