Why can’t I activate my account?

To use FlexWhere’s mobile app, you need to activate your mobile account. In order to activate, a number of conditions must be met:

  • You must have a stable Internet connection;
  • You must be known as a user to FlexWhere;

If the above conditions are not met, you will not be able to activate the mobile account. Contact the FlexWhere administrator within your organisation to be added.
