Why am I getting a pop-up?

Users with a laptop get a pop-up once they’re logged into the organisational network. The pop-up appears on your screen so you can select the desk you’re working on.

Please note: You only get a pop-up if you use a laptop. If you are connected to a workspot, the pop-up will not appear. When you use a docking station, you will also not get a pop-up.
