Why am I anonymous?

FlexWhere enables anonymous working with the ‘hide me’ option in the TrayApp. You are likely to be anonymous because you selected this option.

If you haven’t selected “hide me,” your data may not have been fully filled in at the Control Center. It is the following information:

1. First name;
2. Last name;
3. Name as shown.

In addition, the above data may not have been selected for display. In either case, contact the FlexWhere administrator within your organisation.

Note: In addition to the above, organisations can choose to display all employees anonymously in FlexWhere. This setting can be changed in the Control Centre.
