Where can I find a printout for the cleaners?

To help organisations maintain workplaces and meeting rooms clean and kept, FlexWhere can print out the workspaces that have recently been used.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the left side of the screen, click the statistics icon;
3. Go to the “Facility” tab;
4. This page shows the overview of the workplaces that have been occupied in the previous period;
5. At the top right of the screen, click the download icon;
6. The printout is now downloaded.

Note: The period that appears is always the previous day and the time up to the time of turning out. The exact time period is indicated in the printout.

Tip: You can change the period of the printout yourself. By changing the date(s) and/or time in the URL of the page, the printout will adjust accordingly.
