How is the mobile app secured?

The FlexWhere app makes users’ data accessible outside the organisation’s premises. Therefore, 2-factor authentication is available.

FlexWhere uses a security protocol to sign in and verify the user of the app.

We know within the FlexWhere 1 or 2 factor authentication:

1. Activation is by verification of the email address;
2. Activation based on TOTP and verification of the email address.
