How does JitBit work?

JitBit is the platform that our Support team uses to handle the support tickets. To give you a better understanding of the status of your tickets, you can create an account in JitBit. Here’s how it works.

  1. In every email you receive from the Support team, there is a link to your ticket, click on it;
  2. Create an account with JitBit;
  3. Login to JitBit;
  4. You can now view all tickets submitted by your organisation.

Please note: When creating an account with JitBit, JitBit shares a token. If this token is shared with others, this account with corresponding tickets can also be used by others.
