How does FlexWhere work?

Employees within your organisation should eventually use FlexWhere. Read here how FlexWhere works for your employees.

FlexWhere can be used on:

  1. Mobile (Android+iOS);
  2. Tablet (Android+iOS);
  3. Laptop (Windows+Mac+Linux);
  4. Desktop (Windows+Mac+Linux);
  5. Touchscreens (Consult with our support team).

FlexWhere for Desktop is deployed within your organisation during the implementation process.

With FlexWhere for Desktop you can:

  1. See where a desk is free;
  2. Occupying a workplace;
  3. Indicate that you are working externally;
  4. Making yourself anonymous;
  5. See where your colleagues sit;
  6. See where a meeting room is available;
  7. Booking an ad hoc meeting room.

To open FlexWhere for Desktop, click on the Flexwhere logo above and select ‘Open FlexWhere’.

FlexWhere has an application for mobile devices. With the application you can:

  1. Book a workplace;
  2. See where your colleagues sit;
  3. See where a desk is free;
  4. See where an available meeting room is;
