In a work zone, any user of FlexWhere can occupy a workspot. You can occupy a workspot via FlexWhere for Desktop, mobile app or web environment.
Here’s how it’s done:
- Open FlexWhere for Desktop;
- Select the correct location;
- Go to the correct floor at the location;
- Click the work zone you want to work in;
- In the pop-up that appears, click ‘I want to work here’;
- You now occupy a workplace in the work zone.
The device with which you want to occupy a place in a work zone must be added in the Control Centre of your organisation.
- Open the FlexWhere application on mobile;
- Select the correct location;
- Go to the correct floor at the location;
- Click the work zone you want to work in;
- In the pop-up that appears, click ‘I want to work here’;
- You now occupy a workspot in the work zone.
The mobile device with which you want to occupy a place in a work zone must be added in the Control Centre of your organisation.
- Go to https://login.flexwhere.com/ and log in with your email address;
- You will now receive an email where you must confirm your organisation by clicking on it;
- You will now be taken to your organisation’s FlexWhere environment;
- Select the correct location;
- Go to the correct floor at the location;
- Click the work zone you want to work in;
- In the pop-up that appears, click ‘I want to work here’;
- You now occupy a workspot in the work zone.
When your device is connected to a workstation (Desktop or Docking station) you cannot indicate that you are in a work zone.
