How do I occupy a workplace in a work zone?

In a work zone, any user of FlexWhere can occupy a workspot. You can occupy a workspot via flexwhere’s TrayApp.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Open FlexWhere for Desktop;
   • Windows users should right click on the FlexWhere icon for Desktop.
   • MacOS users should left click on the FlexWhere icon for Desktop.
2. Select the correct location;
3. Go to the correct floor at the location;
4. Click the work zone you want to work in;
5. In the pop-up that appears, click ‘I want to work here’;
6. You now occupy a workspot in the work zone.
