Can I book a workspace anonymously?

FlexWhere makes anonymous working possible. Your colleagues can’t then see if and where you work. Each organization can set whether this is available or not.

Here’s how it goes:

  1. Open FlexWhere for Desktop on your laptop or PC;
  2. Right-click on the FlexWhere icon;
  3. Select “hide me” from the menu that appears;
  4. You are now an anonymous user within FlexWhere.
  1. Open the FlexWhere for Mobile (Android or iOS);
  2. Select the correct location;
  3. Go to the correct floor;
  4. Find the workspace you want to book;
  5. Press the workspot;
  6. Press ‘Custom booking’;
  7. Select the start and end time of the booking on the correct date;
  8. Switch off the switch behind ‘Reservation visible to others’;
  9. Press ‘Book’ to finalise the booking;
  10. The workspace is now anonymously booked for you for the specified time.

Note: If you have made yourself anonymous through FlexWhere for Desktop, a reservation will automatically be anonymous as well.

Note: In addition to the above, organisations can choose to display all employees anonymously in FlexWhere. This setting can be changed in the Control Centre.
