How do I link the Meeting Room app?

The Meeting Room app links FlexWhere with meeting rooms in the organisation’s area.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Login to the Control Centre;
2. Go to ‘Premises’ on the left of the screen;
3. Select the correct floor at the correct location;
4. Click the meeting room you want to link;
5. Click “Attributes” on the menu that appears;
6. In the Meeting Room Name field, enter the MeetingRoom ID;
7. Close the menu;
8. Now continue in the Meeting Room app;
9. Open the Meeting Room app;
10. Press the clock;
11. Enter the PIN, organisation, and Meeting Room ID;
12. The Meeting Room app is now linked to the meeting room.

Notice: The Meeting Room ID is the same as the Object ID of the meeting room being linked.

Note: The PIN can be found in the Control Center under the organization settings.
