How do I customize a business card?

On business cards, you can choose what you want to show. FlexWhere offers a fixed number of fields. These fields may or may not be shown in the front end.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Sign in to FlexWhere Control Centre;
2. Navigate to the “User” menu;
3. Click on the right person;
4. Select which fields should be visible by clicking on the eye icon;
5. Click “Save.”

Note: If an employee does not want certain fields visible, that employee should notify the Admin of FlexWhere within the organization.
