How do I customise a business card?

On business cards, you can choose what you want to show. FlexWhere offers a fixed number of fields. These fields may or may not be shown in the front end.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Sign in to flexwhere control center;
2. Navigate to the “User” menu;
3. Click on the right person;
4. Select which fields should be visible in the front end through the blue spheres;
5. Save the selection.

Please note that if an employee does not want certain fields visible, that employee should report them to the FlexWhere administrator within his or her organisation.
