How do I add an IP address?

In order to boost security, IP address-based access restrictions are possible. You can add an IP address in the FlexWhere Control Centre.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Sign in to FlexWhere Control Centre;
2. Go to the ‘Settings’ menu;
3. Go to the tab ‘Organisation’;
4. Now click on the ‘+’ under the heading ‘Security’;
5. Now enter the IP address or an IP range and the Wifi name of your office;
6. Enter a description to easily identify the IP address later;
7. The type of IP address is set by default to ‘organisation’;
8. Save the new IP address;
9. The IP address is now listed under the heading ‘Security’.

Tip: To add multiple IP addresses at once, IP-suffix is supported.
