How do I add a meeting room?

Adding a meeting room in FlexWhere is easy to do yourself. You determine the type of meeting room when you add.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
  2. Select the correct floor;
  3. Click “add a meeting room”;
  4. Click on the floor plan where the meeting room should be placed;
  5. Adjust the properties if desired.

Tip: In the meeting room properties, you can indicate whether it is an ad hoc meeting room.
