How do I log in with the mobile app?

To use the mobile application you need to log in with a username. Your username is the email address you use within the organisation. Contact your FlexWhere administrator if you don’t know what email address was used.

1. Download the application from FlexWhere (see below for links);
2. Open the app;
3. Enter your email address;
4. Press send;
5. You will now receive a confirmation email, please confirm your account by clicking ‘confirm’;
6. Your mobile account is now activated.

If your email address appears in multiple organizations, you will be given a choice in the email (step 5) as to which organization you want to log in with.
