Once you have made one or more bookings, it is possible to view your bookings. This overview can be found in FlexWhere for Mobile (Android+iOS) and in FlexWhere for Desktop.
This works as follows.
- Open FlexWhere for Desktop;
- Click on the ‘My Bookings’ icon at the top right of the screen next to the search bar;
- Click on ‘My Bookings’ tab;
- In the new screen you will get an overview of your bookings.
- Open the FlexWhere application;
- Select the ‘Bookings’ tab;
- A calendar for the current week will now appear at the bottom of the screen. Press ‘My Bookings’ in yellow;
- In the new screen you will get an overview of your bookings.
The Desk Planner can also see an overview of the group bookings he/she has made in FlexWhere for Desktop.
