How can I make no-shows visible?

No-shows are not desirable and can be made clear in FlexWhere statistics.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the left, click the statistics icon;
3. Go to the “statistics” tab;
4. The “reservible meeting rooms” table shows the no-shows;
5. You can filter by clicking on the different states.

Please note: No-shows can only be made transparent if an organisation uses sensors.
