How can I indicate that I’m working externally?

By clicking on the ‘external’ switch, you’re letting your colleagues know that you are not working in the office.

The switch works as follows:

1. Open FlexWhere for Desktop application on your PC or laptop;
2. Click the external switch at the top right of the screen in FlexWhere for Desktop;
3. FlexWhere now indicates that you are working externally.
