Adding a work zone is very easy in the FlexWhere Control Centre.
It goes like this:
- Sign in to the Control Centre;
- On the left side of the screen, click the “Buildings” menu;
- Select the correct floor in the correct building;
- Click the “Add work zone” icon;
- Now, with at least three points, indicate the work zone on the map;
- Click on the first point of your work zone to confirm;
- Name your work zone;
- Determine the number of available seats in the work zone;
- Click anywhere in the map to continue.
