How can I add a work zone?

Adding a work zone is very easy in the FlexWhere Control Centre.

It goes like this:

  1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
  2. On the left side of the screen, click the “Buildings” menu;
  3. Select the correct floor in the correct building;
  4. Click the “Add work zone” icon;
  5. Now, with at least three points, indicate the work zone on the map;
  6. Click on the first point of your work zone to confirm;
  7. Name your work zone;
  8. Determine the number of available seats in the work zone;
  9. Click anywhere in the map to continue.
