How can I add a work zone?

Adding a work zone is very easy in the Control Center of FlexWhere.

Here’s how it goes:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the left side of the screen, click on the Buildings menu;
3. Select the correct floor in the correct building;
4. Click on the icon for the ‘add work zone’;
5. Mark the work zone with at least three points on the floor plan;
6. Click on the first point of your work zone to confirm;
7. Name your work zone;
8. Determine the number of available spaces in the work zone;
9. Click anywhere on the map to continue.

The maximum number of workspots that can be added to a work zone is 99. A work zone must have at least one workspot.
