Do I receive a notification for a certain occupancy rate?

FlexWhere can optionally send a notification via e-mail when a certain occupancy of a floor is reached. An admin can enable this functionality themself. The percentage can also be set yourself.

Here’s how it’s done:

1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
2. On the left, click the settings icon;
3. Go to the “organisation” tab;
4. Click on your organization;
5. Turn on the ‘Get informed’ feature;
6. Fill in the percentage on which you want to be informed;
7. Save the change.

Please note: After a percentage is filled in, the notification mail goes to all Admins and Managers in the company.
