Can the booking option be disabled?

In the Control Centre of FlexWhere, it is possible to turn the booking function on or off. This can be done by the FlexWhere Administrator in your organisation.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Sign in to the Control Centre;
  2. On the left, click the “settings” icon;
  3. Go to the “organisation” tab;
  4. Click on your organisation;
  5. Turn workspot bookings on or off by using the slider;
  6. Click “save.”

Please note that a change to the Control Center as described in this article will only be active in the mobile app after one of the following actions by the mobile app user:
1. Updating the mobile application;
2. Closing the mobile application in the App picker (iOS) or recent apps (Android);
3. Restarting your phone;
4. Log out once and log back in.

Please note: When you’ve turned off the booking option for your organisation, an action is required from the app’s users. Users of the app should update to Android version 6.2 and later or iOS version 5.4 and later. After updating, users will no longer be able to book.
