Can I book multiple workstations?

In FlexWhere, you can reserve multiple workstations at a time. How far ahead you can book is set by Admin in the Control Center. Reserving a workspace can be done up to one year in advance.

Group reservations can always be made 365 days in advance. (role; Desk planner, Manager or Admin)

One person can reserve one workstation at a specific time. Therefore, it is not possible to make overlapping reservations.
