Can a laptop user occupy a workspace?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

A laptop user can occupy a workspace in FlexWhere.

There are two ways to do this:

When a laptop user uses a docking station in a workspace, FlexWhere automatically shows occupancy status in the right workspace.

That’s because FlexWhere knows where the docking station used is located.

If the laptop user is on the corporate network, and doesn’t use a docking station, FlexWhere shows a pop-up.

That pop-up asks to select the workspace that is occupied. This allows FlexWhere to view the workspace as busy.
